Hi! My name is ZappyWiesel, but you can just call me Wiesel. I'm a bisexual furry artist from Venezuela, I'm 20 years old, and my birthday is April 27th. :DMy preferred pronouns are She/Her, but I'm also fine to use male pronouns (She/He).I really like aesthetics, especially dark and horror ones, music (my favorite genres are Metal, Rock, and Gothic, mostly 2000s), art, videogames (mostly games from the 2000s), anime (Hellsing: Ultimate, Demon Slayer, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Gachiakuta, Wolf's Rain, and more!), culture and history (World War I and II, Ancient Egypt, and Ancient Japan), Anthropology, Archaeology, Biology, everything related to Medicine, and I love animals! Terms of Service (COMMISSIONS)

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order:

GENERAL

Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased (Additional fees apply depending on service).My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.A Complexity Fee ($10-100 USD) applies to all commissions.All payments must be made in USD via PayPal Invoice. The commissioner is responsible for any transaction fees unless stated otherwise.Character design from scratch based solely on a written description incurs an additional charge of 50% of my base price (although a lower charge can be agreed upon for emergency orders). Please be as descriptive as possible in your order and clear visual references for the design (images) are required for it.I reserve the right to create artwork based on the same characters for my own shop, excluding the specific custom composition made for the client (Original Characters).

Commercial Use Licenses can be purchased for:

  • *Streamer Use ($25 USD).

  • *Merchandise Use ($60 USD).

Note: Commercial licenses can also be purchased retroactively if you decide to use the artwork for profit later on.

SOURCE FILES

  • *Personal Use: The final artwork is delivered as a high-resolution PNG, but if you would like the editable source file (.MDP/.PSD), an additional fee of $20 applies.

  • *Commercial Merchandising: The source file is included for free with the purchase of a Merchandising License ($60), as it is often required for printing adjustments.

  • Usage: Owning the source file does not grant permission to remove signatures or claim the artwork as your own.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to:

  • Promote myself and my services.

  • Post on social media and in my portfolio.

  • Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

Exceptions:

  • If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

In the case of a Merchandise Use license purchase, I, the artist, will not sell the design in my own store, respecting the client's exclusivity.

COMMISSIONER RIGHTS

You may:

  • Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).

  • Print the art for yourself.

  • Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@ZappyWiesel".

You may NOT:

  • Use the artwork commercially without permission.

  • Commission art/services using my design/work.

  • Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

  • Remove signatures/watermarks.

  • Resell or redistribute the artwork.

  • Modify the artwork without my consent.

  • Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.

REVISIONS POLICY

I have a free limit of changes in revisions, and there is a cost if the maximum limit is reached.

For any clarification:

  • Icons/Chibis: 2 rounds of minor revisions (Sketch stage).

  • Half/Full Body: 3-4 rounds of minor revisions (Sketch stage).

  • Reference Sheets: Up to 5 rounds of minor revisions (Sketch stage).

Once the artwork is colored or rendered, any *significant change will incur an additional fee:

  • Icons & Chibis: +$5 - $10 USD per change.

  • Medium Commissions (Half Body): +$10 - $15 USD per change.

  • Large Commissions (Full Body / Ref Sheets): +$20 - $30 USD per change.

*What is a "Significant Change"?
Any modification that requires redrawing lineart, altering the character's expression, changing the hairstyle/outfit, or re-shading large areas.

  • Examples of Significant: Changing a smile to a pout, changing a t-shirt to a hoodie, or adding complex accessories.

  • Examples of Non-Significant (The "One-Click" Rule): Small, one-click adjustments (e.g., slightly changing a color's saturation, moving a small birthmark, or a tiny spot correction) may be done for free at my discretion. However, repetitive or "trial and error" requests will be charged as significant changes.

  • Major Redraws: Requests to change poses, outfits, or anatomy after the sketch stage has been approved will incur a fee of 50% of the total price, as this requires restarting a significant portion of the work.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Turnaround time is approximately 1 month, subject to complexity and current queue. I will keep you updated if delays occur.Communication is important, if I do not receive a response within 1 week, the commission will be put on Paused or Pending and moved to the end of the queue.If you wish to skip the queue and receive your artwork sooner, a Priority Fee (50% of the total) will apply. Please state this in your initial request. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.The final artwork will be delivered in high resolution. You will receive a version with a small signature and/or a clean version for personal use. Removing the signature is strictly prohibited.

REFUNDS

Simple rules:

  • I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

  • You may cancel before payment is made.

  • Once payment is received, refunds are not available.

  • Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Filing a chargeback will:

  • Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.

  • Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).

  • Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.

  • Result in a formal complaint against you.

BLACKLIST POLICY

Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

Final Agreement

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.These Terms of Service may be modified in the future.
